Installation process

Once you have purchased your iTrack FS100 device from our website, you may decide that you would prefer one of our professionally trained installers to fit your device to your vehicle.

We have a network of fully qualified engineers that can covertly install your tracking device into your vehicle – the process usually takes around 60 minutes. We can visit your home, work or even car dealership to perform the installation.

Please note, we only install at UK mainland addresses excluding islands and highlands. If you are unsure if your address is included, please get in touch and we will be happy to confirm. A full refund will be issued if we are unable to carry out the installation at your preferred address.

We aim to complete all installations within 14 working days from order.

Failed installations

Once you have booked a suitable installation date with our dedicated install team, you will be sent a confirmation email with the agreed date and location. We will then send you a reminder email the day before your installation and you will also receive an update on the day of the installation with a time window when the driver is on the way.

If nobody is present at the installation address and the install is unable to be completed, an additional charge of £95 will apply if you wish to arrange another date. We will not refund the cost of the installation if the engineer is unable to perform the installation.
